Inquiring on orders in Storeroom

You can use Product Inquiry to view orders for a specific product, or use Back Orders in Issues & Returns to view open back orders in the Storeroom warehouse.

  1. In Storeroom, select Inquiry > Product Inquiry.

    Only active records are displayed.

  2. Search for the product record, and then click the drill down icon.

The status of the product in Customer Product and Customer Product Warehouse determines if it is displayed in the grid. If the product is inactive in Customer Product, then the product is not displayed. If the product is active in Customer Product, then it is displayed for each warehouse in which it is active.

  3. Click one of these tabs to view related information.
