Customer-owned component inventory

When a kit is built, customer-owned inventory is used first. If all components in a kit are customer-owned, the kit is customer-owned. The kit cost is calculated from the component quantities and the customer cost from Product Warehouse Product Setup-Costs. The customer On Hand balance is decreased for each component, and increased for the final kit product. General Ledger postings are not made, but customer inventory transactions are posted in the internal ICETC table.
