Reviewing order transactions in the EDI Electronic Transaction Control Center Entry

You can use EDI Electronic Transaction Control Center Entry to monitor orders that are received by Distribution SX.e through the SX.api Full Order Maintenance call.

Before you can review orders in the EDI Electronic Transaction Control Center Entry, your administrator must activate the Create Audit transaction records business rule in SA Business Rule Setup.

Use this procedure to check on the order status and details. You can use Sales Order Entry to review and maintain the transactions.

  1. In Distribution SX.e, select Electronic Data Interchange > Entry > Electronic Transaction Control Center.
  2. Specify this information:
    Module
    Specify OE.
    Process Type
    Specify SXAPI.
    Transaction Type
    Specify OE Full Order Maintenance V6.
  3. Select one of these values in the Transaction Status field:
    • Processed

      Select this status to find transactions that are partially processed but require some corrections before processing can complete. Depending on business rules, this status may also display fully processed transactions.

    • Error

      Select this status to find transactions that contain fatal errors.

  4. Optionally, specify additional search criteria.
  5. Click Search.
  6. To view errors and exceptions on a transaction:
    1. Click the right arrow to open the Transaction Detail page.
    2. In the Errors tab, select a value in the Section field and select appropriate options.
    3. Click Search.
  7. To view the sales order, select a document record, and then select Actions > SX.e Document.
