Canceling a back order

  1. In Storeroom, select Issues & Returns > Back Orders.
  2. Click the drill down icon for the sales order that contains the back-ordered product.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Select the line that contains the back-ordered product.
  5. Select Cancel Back Order.
  6. Optionally, select Cancel Purchase to cancel the purchase order.
  7. Click Update.
  8. Click Finish.
