Hyperlinks
Some Storeroom functions contain hyperlinks that drill back to Distribution SX.e inquiry functions. You can use hyperlink drillbacks if you meet these criteria:
- You have a valid Distribution SX.e login.
- You have the function security on your SA Operator Setup record to access the functions.
- The SR.ERPUser role is specified on your Storeroom user record.
To use a hyperlink to directly access the document in Distribution SX.e, you must be logged into the same company in both Storeroom and Distribution SX.e.
As a distributor, you can also directly access Distribution SX.e to inquire upon sales orders, and view product records to see detail and net available quantities.
Hyperlinks to Distribution SX.e are available in these Storeroom functions:

Click the Order # for an issue to open Sales Order Inquiry. If the sales order is tied to a purchase order or warehouse transfer, click the Purchase Order # or Warehouse Transfer # to open Purchase Order Inquiry or Transfer Inquiry.

If the sales order is tied to a purchase order or warehouse transfer, click the PO or WT number to open Purchase Order Inquiry or Transfer Inquiry.

Click the Document # to open the corresponding inquiry, such as Sales Order Inquiry, Transfer Inquiry, or KP Work Order Inquiry.

Click the Order # to open Sales Order Inquiry.
Click the PO #/WT # to open Purchase Order Inquiry or Transfer Inquiry.
