Verifying the originating email address for reports

Numerous reports in Storeroom can be printed as an email attachment. The email address for the sys operator, which is the default operator record for the system administrator in Distribution SX.e, is used to send the reports. The email address must be valid and be actively monitored so that the recipient can contact the system administrator about the emailed reports.

  1. Select System Administrator > Setup > Operator.
  2. Specify sys in the Operator field, and then click Search.
  3. Select the sys record, and then click Edit.
  4. Verify or change the email address in the Email field
  5. Click Save.
