Product cross-reference records

For each warehouse product record in a Storeroom-managed warehouse, a corresponding customer product record is required in Storeroom. To automatically export the product data from Distribution SX.e to create the customer product record, you can create a cross-reference record for a customer product in Distribution SX.e.

When you save a product cross-reference record in Distribution SX.e, a Sync.ItemMaster BOD is generated to create a customer product record in Storeroom. If a cross-referenced product is in more than one warehouse, based on Product Warehouse Product Setup records, an ItemMaster BOD is generated for each warehouse. Each BOD updates the warehouse list on the customer product record.

  Use this function to create or maintain individual records.

• SA Mass Maintenance Administration

  Use this function to create or maintain multiple records.
