IDM Management screen

Use the IDM Management screen to manage Infor Document Management (IDM) records that are submitted to IDM. When a driver receives a signature for a delivery, a request is queued to upload the signature to IDM. This request is stored as an IDM record in the IDM Outbox grid in IDM Management.

If a signature fails to upload to IDM, you can retry the request by selecting the failed record in IDM Management and clicking the Retry button. The Retry button is only available to be selected for records that display Error in the Status field of the IDM Outbox grid. After you retry the failed request, the status of the selected record is updated to display as Pending and the Status Message field is cleared. These records are now able to be reprocessed.

You can click Refresh to display the updated status of a record or click Delete to remove the record.

You can drill down into a record to access the IDM Outbox Detail screen. The order signature image and the same information contained in the data grid is displayed. You are also able to select Retry, Refresh, and Delete to manage records in the IDM Outbox Detail screen.

You can enable or disable the integration between IDM and Proof of Delivery using the Enable Infor Document Management option in the IDM Integration screen. When the Enable Infor Document Management option is cleared, delivery and signature images are not uploaded to IDM from the Proof of Delivery Drivers application.

The IDM Management screen is located in the Admin screen of the Proof of Delivery application and can only be accessed by a Proof of Delivery admin user.
