Creating new routes for deliveries

For available deliveries, you can create a new route directly from the Deliveries screen.

  1. Select Deliveries.
  2. Click New Route.
  3. Specify the Start Date, Route Name, and Initiating Manager.
  4. Optionally, specify the Driver, Truck ID and Notes to associate with the route.
  5. Optionally, click Workflow to Deliveries screen to add deliveries when the route is created.
  6. Click Create.
    When you save the route, the route ID is generated and assigned a status of OPEN, unless it is assigned to a driver. In that case, it has an ASSIGNED status.
  7. If you clicked Workflow to Deliveries screen, the new route is displayed on the Deliveries screen. You can now add current deliveries to the new route.
