Route statuses

Schedules have these statuses:

• OPEN – New routes originate in the OPEN status.
• ASSIGNED – When routes are assigned to a delivery handler or driver.
• RETRIEVED – After a route has been sent to a handler through the Proof of Delivery Driver application, the route status changes to RETRIEVED.
• FINISHED – When handlers check in deliveries to complete the route using the Driver application, the route status advances to FINISHED.

You can edit routes that are in an OPEN, ASSIGNED, or RETRIEVED status. Routes that are FINISHED cannot be edited.
