Removing deliveries from routes

Deliveries that are removed from a route are released back to the available delivery pool to be assigned to another route. If you remove or reassign a delivery from a route with no other open deliveries, the route is marked as FINISHED.
  1. Click Menu > Routes.
  2. Optionally, use the Search box to narrow the records in the Routes grid to the OPEN or ASSIGNED status.
    Note: You can also select routes in RETRIEVED status. When you select Edit to remove a delivery from a RETRIEVED route, the status is changed to ASSIGNED, where it can be changed.
  3. Drill down on the route to access the Route Detail window.
  4. Select the delivery to remove in the grid and click Remove.
  5. On the Remove Delivery dialog, click Remove Delivery.
