Resolving partial deliveries

  1. Select Routes > Stops > Deliveries.
  2. Tap an order number to display the Delivery detail.
  3. Tap the delivery line to allocate.
  4. On the Partial Delivery screen, tap Missing, Damaged, or Canceled and specify the quantities.
    The actual delivery quantity is reduced by the amount allocated as Missing, Damaged or Canceled.
  5. Tap Save.
