Specially handled receipts report

This report, which lists the receipts that were tied to orders and transfers, is created when Back Order Fill is run. Credit checking is performed in back order fill when an order is filled and the hold status appears on the report. The legend included in the report refers to the values in the Fill column. The values indicate how the system handled special receipts. The system fills the special/nonstock, nonstock build on demand kit components, Direct Orders (DO), and tied lines first regardless of the fill method selected. The purchase order or warehouse transfer number on the tied orders is verified against the purchase orders or warehouse transfers received. The system then fills the orders with the stock quantity received, net of any quantities that were unavailable for sale.

If the line item was partially filled, the system might create a back order, and the item is included on the appropriate buyer’s replenishment report. If the quantity received is greater than the amount ordered, the additional quantity is allocated to the tied order.
