Shipping tallies on customer orders

When you ship an order that contain tallies, you can change the ship quantities of the components. If the ship quantity is not equal to the ordered quantity, you must modify the ship quantities. Because memo tallies do not have a stored component mix, you can enter quantities and lengths of the generic product. Bundle IDs selected for the order are accessible during shipping feedback, and you can add or delete bundle IDs associated with an order line. When the order is invoiced, the bundle ID record is inactivated because it is no longer needed. The bundle ID is unique for each warehouse/product combination and should not be reused.

If you know the number of the order to ship, you can use the Quick Ship feature.

  1. Select Sales > Entry > Shipping Feedback.
  2. Conduct a search to locate the order, and then open the record.
  3. To change the ship quantity for components, click Line Items, and then open the line.
  4. In the Tallies section, add, delete, or modify a component.
  5. Click Save.
  6. On the Shipping Feedback Entry window, select the order to ship and then click Ship/Unship to ship the order.
  7. Verify that the order is in the shipped stage.
