Returning product to the shipping warehouse

Use these instructions to return products that you received on a warehouse transfer to the shipping warehouse. The original shipping warehouse must receive the transfer and update the system to adjust your records.

  1. Select Transfer > Entry > Transfer.
  2. Click Copy.
  3. Specify the transfer number.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Specify this information:
    To Company
    Specify the company that sent the products.
    Ship From Warehouse
    Specify your warehouse.
    Ship To Warehouse
    Specify the warehouse that sent the products.
  6. Click Submit.
    The new warehouse transfer number is displayed.
  7. Ship the transfer.
