Shipping sales orders without charging freight

To waive charges for customers that usually get charged freight, follow these instructions or select the External Shipping Override option in Sales Order Entry-Taxes & Totals-Addons.

  1. Select Sales > Entry > Shipping Feedback.
  2. Conduct a search to locate the order, and then open the record.
  3. Click Header.
  4. In the Addons section, clear the Update Freight Charges from Parcel Management option.
  5. Click Save.
  6. On Shipping Feedback Entry window, select the order to ship, and then click Ship/Unship.
  7. Verify that the order is in the shipped stage.
