Creating a shipping request

Create a shipping request to track and inquire on a shipment of non-inventory items, such as marketing materials.

  1. Select Sales > Entry > Shipping Request.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify the shipping address manually.
    Optionally, click Select an Address to select an address on an existing customer, ship, vendor, prospect, or contact record.
  4. Specify the remaining information on the Request tab.
  5. Click Save.
