Deleting a product record from a WM bin location

If you have the correct functional security for WM Bin Location and Product Setup , you can manually delete a product record from the bin record. All quantities in the record must be zero. You can delete a product record if, for example, you are changing the product you store in the bin. If you delete the final product record from an Unavailable or Open bin that has a status of In Service, the status is changed to Available. The status is not changed for Staging, Primary, and Alternate bins.

  1. Select Warehouse Manager > Setup > Bin Location and Product.
  2. Search for the bin location records, and then open it.
  3. Click Products.
  4. In the grid, select the product record.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Click Yes to confirm.
