Accepting and merging the Transfer Entry Recommended Replenishment Action Report

You must accept the warehouse Transfer Entry Recommended Replenishment Action Report (WT RRAR) before the merge process converts it to a warehouse transfer.

  1. Select Transfer > Entry > Demand Center.
  2. Conduct a search to locate the report, and then open the report.
  3. Review each line on the report.

    To accept a line, specify y in the Accept Type field. To accept multiple lines, select the lines and then click Set AcceptType On.

    You can also perform these actions:

    • Change the quantity, unit, and rush status.
    • Expand the row to change the due date, back order, or usage information.
    • View superseded product availability. Click Supersede Availability to view superseded products with quantities available in the ordering or other warehouses. Use the superseded product to fill sales orders. You can also manually create warehouse transfers to move the product into the ordering warehouse from any other warehouses that have superseded product quantity.
  4. Click Back.
  5. Review additional reports.
  6. In the grid, select Ready to Merge for each report you want to merge. To select Ready to Merge for multiple reports, select the reports and then click Set Merge Flag On.
  7. Click Merge.
  8. Specify the appropriate information in Demand Center Merge window, and then click Run.
