Freight charges
A customer’s record specifies whether freight charges are required. If freight is required, these charges are included on each order the customer places. If freight is not required, optional freight charges can be added to orders before shipment.
For example, Customer A is normally charged for freight on outgoing shipments. Your supervisor has instructed you to waive the freight for a package that was shipped one day late. You can access the order in Sales Shipping Feedback Entry and clear Outbound Freight Required to ensure the customer is billed correctly.
