Cut Allocation Entry

Use the Cut Allocation Entry window to select the type of order and allocate the cuts for the order lines. You can also return the uncut order lines to the inventory bin location.

  1. Select Cut Allocation Entry on the WM Mobile application.
  2. Specify this information:
    Order Type
    Select the type of order to allocate the cut. Possible options:
    • Order Entry
    • Warehouse Transfer
    Note: By default, the field is set to Order Entry.
    Order #

    Specify the order number to allocate the cut. This field is displayed when you set the Order Type field to Order Entry.

    You cannot apply the cuts, if:
    • The order types are CR, FO, ST, BL, CS, RA, and QU.
    • The order is in the received stage.
    • The order contains received quantities from another shipment.
    Note: After the cuts are applied to the order, you can view the updated data in the Order Inquiry screen of Distribution SX.e.
    Warehouse Transfer #
    Specify the warehouse transfer number to allocate the cut. This field is displayed when you set the Order Type field to Warehouse Transfer.
    Note: After the cuts are applied to the warehouse transfer order, you can view the updated data in the Warehouse Transfer Inquiry screen of Distribution SX.e.
  3. Click Search. The order lines that are applicable for cut allocation entry are displayed in the Lines grid. These order lines can be associated with lot products or non-lot products.
    Note: You can use the Reset option to clear the search criteria and the grid results.
