Receiving inventory
- From the RF Main Menu, select Receiving.
- Specify or scan the Dock ID and press Enter.
- From the Stock Receipt Main Menu, select Receiving.
- Select Purchase Order.

Specify or scan the purchase order number.
To view a list of purchase orders, press Enter and select one from the list.

In the Purchase Order -
Receiving window, specify or scan the product you are receiving,
or use the Arrow key
to scroll through the list.
If a scanned item is on several line items, a sorted list is displayed. Select the line to receive. If an item was previously received, an asterisk is displayed beside the line.
- Drill down on a line item.
- Count the items received.
- In the Purchase Order - Receiving window, specify the quantity received.

In Direct Receipt, specify one of
these options:
Option Description Yes Indicates that you are performing a direct receipt, or dock to stock No Indicates that you are not performing a direct receipt - In Status, specify a status code, or leave the field blank to indicate a regular receipt.
- In Pallet, scan the pallet ID or accept the system-assigned pallet and press Enter.
- In Labels?, specify Yes or No to indicate whether to print product labels.
- In Skid Full, specify Yes or No to indicate whether the pallet is full. If you are performing direct receiving, the field is automatically filled.
- If you are printing labels, specify the number of labels to print in How Many Labels?, and specify a printer.
- Press Enter.

To add a note to the receipt, press Alt+A, and then perform these steps:
- Specify the note in the Note Entry window.
- Press Tab to indicate if the note is required or printed.
- Select OK.
- Press Enter.

Perform one of these actions:
Action Proceed to If your warehouse performs direct receiving Finish direct receipt To continue to receive an item or add a line item, non-stock, supersede, or substitute to the purchase order Continue receiving If you are finished receiving Finish receiving inventory - When you are finished, return to the RF Main Menu using the back button in the RF browser.
