Communication errors

Under normal circumstances, the communication between TWL and other Distribution SX.e modules in the system do not require maintenance. Although, unusual circumstances may occur and the receipt of a transaction might not be acknowledged by the system. In TWL Web module, use TWL Administration-Interface-Interface Inquiry to view any rejected transactions. You should review transactions in this function periodically. Use TWL Administration-Interface-Interface Resend to ensure that all transactions are resent to the system for processing.
