Hyperlinks

You can click a hyperlink to open a document or record in another function that is related to the document that you are currently viewing. For example, hyperlinks to Customer Inquiry, Product Inquiry, and Product Warehouse Description Setup among others, are available in Sales Order Entry.

Hyperlinks to Distribution SX.e document that are available in other applications are also called drillbacks. You must be signed in to Distribution SX.e to access the document using a drillback. If you did not sign in before you clicked the drillback, then the Sign In window is displayed. The document opens after you signed in.

When the company for a drillback does not match the company that you signed in to, the drillback is ignored. When a drillback does not have an associated company, the company that you signed in to is used for the drillback.
