Specify Ignore if you are setting up a warehouse, vendor, or product line replenishment record, and want to use a higher record’s default for this option. T the system reviews the next record in the Product Replenishment Setup hierarchy until it encounters a Yes or No for this setting.
Line Hit Exceptions

- Minimum Hits
-
The minimum number of line hits required in order for a frozen product to qualify for an exception. If a product is frozen and has line hits for the number of months defined in the Number of Months field, a Frozen Product With Hits exception is created during Product Administration Month End Processing, if the Freeze Products option is Yes. If this is zero, the frozen exceptions settings for this record is not used, and the system reviews the next record in the Product Replenishment Setup hierarchy.

Inventory Value
- Order Control Changed Exception
-
Specify Yes to view inventory value change exceptions in Product Exception Processing Administration when ordering controls are impacted by average sales quantity (ASQ), five-high, and threshold adjusters.
Specify No if you do not want to generate an exception in this situation. If you specify No, products that experience inventory value changes appear in Product Exception Processing Administration, but exceptions do not appear. You can use the Value Change Inquiry function in Product Exception Processing Administration to view inventory value changes.
If you are setting up a warehouse, vendor, or product line replenishment record, and want to use a higher record’s default for this option, choose Ignore. The system then reviews the next record in the Product Replenishment Setup hierarchy until it encounters a Yes or No for this setting.
Check this option for the first month that you are monitoring inventory value change exceptions, and then set it to No. An exception is created for every product affected, which could result in a large number of exceptions for you to review. Use the Value Change Inquiry to periodically check the inventory value changes.
