Cancel

Select Prorate As is to prorate as originally expected, based on the original Quantity Needed. This option is not recommended if the Quantity Ordered of the parent is expected to be changed.

Select Recalculate Proration to recalculate the proration based on the Quantity Shipped.

Select Remove Proration to absorb the full shipped amount with the next receipt.

Cost

Change the cost from what was specified in the VA order

Direct Order

A line with this designation should be acquired on a Direct Order (DO) purchase order or warehouse transfer.

Quantity Shipped

Change the quantity shipped from what was specified in the VA order

Rush

A line with this designation is processed for immediate delivery to the customer.
