TWL Administration - Label Setup - External label field descriptions

Fields are presented in alphabetical order.

Default

Debug Mode: This option creates log files that are stored in the Enterprise Printing Platform fileDrop folder located in Enterprise Printing Platform. If you run debug mode, you must manually delete logs to clear disk space. We recommend leaving this option as cleared. The information this option provides is intended for the use of support personnel.

Delimiter

Specify the delimiter that Enterprise Printing Platform uses to parse data for labels.

The delimiter must match the delimiter that is specified in System Configurations-Formatter Settings in Enterprise Printing Platform.

We recommend specifying a tilde (~), which is the default delimiter. If you use the tilde in your label data, select another delimiter, such as ampersand (@), asterisk (*), or pound (#).

Caution:

Do not use a caret (^) or pipe (|) as the delimiter.

Executable Program: Specify the Enterprise Printing Platform executable program. If the File Drop input agent is enabled in Enterprise Printing Platform, specify fileDrop.

Location: Specify the bin directory where Enterprise Printing Platform is installed. The directory path must contain a forward slash (/) at the end for your label to successfully print.

Logging file: Leave this field blank.
