Product Inquiry - Transfers field descriptions
Use the additional search to refine the list of transfers in the Transfers grid.
Fields are presented in alphabetical order within each section.
Header
- From Company
- Specify a ship from company number to limit the search results to the warehouse transfers from that company.
- To Company
- Specify a ship to company number to limit the search results to the warehouse transfers to that company.
- From Warehouse
- Specify a ship from warehouse number to limit the search results to the warehouse transfers from that warehouse.
- To Warehouse
- Specify a ship to warehouse number to limit the search results to the warehouse transfers to that warehouse.
- Product
- This field is defaulted with the product that is specified in the search window. You can specify any other product to limit the search results to warehouse transfers for that product.
- Tracker #
- Specify a tracker number to limit the search results to warehouse transfers with that tracker number.
General
- Backorder Filter

Use this field to limit transfers in the search results by backorder status.
Select All to include all warehouse transfers.
Select BO only to include only the backorders.
Select Exclude BO to include all warehouse transfers except backorders.
- Local.ly Inventory Registration Status
- Select the local inventory registration status to limit the search results to
warehouse transfers with that status. The options include:
- Required
- Invalid
- Submitted
- Registered
- Rejected
- Reason Code
- Specify a reason code to limit the search results to warehouse transfers with that reason code.
- Record Limit
- Specify the number of records to include in the search results.
- Stage
- Select the stages of transfers to limit the search results to warehouse
transfers in those stages. The options include:
- Requested
- Ordered
- Picked
- Shipped
- Pre-Received
- Exception
- Received
- Cancelled
- Transaction Types
- Select the transaction types to limit the search results to the warehouse
transfers of that type of transaction. The options include:
- All
- Transfers
- Direct Order
Dates
- Due From
- Specify a date to limit the search results to warehouse transfers with the due date on or after that date.
- Due To
- Specify a date to limit the search results to warehouse transfers with the due date up to the specified date.
- Entered From
- Specify a date to limit the search results to warehouse transfers created on or after that date.
- Entered To
- Specify a date to limit the search results to warehouse transfers created up to the specified date.
- Ordered From
- Specify a date to limit the search results to warehouse transfers with the ordered date on or after that date.
- Ordered To
- Specify a date to limit the search results to warehouse transfers with the ordered date up to the specified date.
- Receipt From
- Specify a date to limit the search results to warehouse transfers with the receipted date on or after that date.
- Receipt To
- Specify a date to limit the search results to warehouse transfers with the receipted date up to the specified date.
- Requested Ship From
- Specify a date to limit the search results to warehouse transfers with a requested ship date on or after that date.
