VA Product Defaults Maintenance - Line Items - Add VA Line field descriptions

Product

Specify the product you want to add to the VA section as a line item.

Qty Based on Total

This field is only accessible if you are adding a line to an inventory component (IN) or internal process (IT) section.

Qty Needed

The quantity needed to fabricate one finished product. If you selected the Qty Based on Total option, the quantity will be based on the units of the finished product. This field is only accessible if you are adding a line to an inventory component (IN) or internal process (IT) section.

Unit

Specify the unit for this product. This field is only accessible if you are adding a line to an inventory component (IN) or internal process (IT) section. The stocking unit from Product Setup is the default unit.
