Hierarchy
- Default Hierarchy
-
This is the default hierarchy for product restriction types in Distribution SX.e. The hierarchy of product restrictions types determines which product restriction record takes precedence if more than one record applies to a sales order.
- Override Hierarchy
-
Move product restrictions types from the Default Hierarchy field into this field to override the default hierarchy. The order in which you move the product restriction types into the Override Hierarchy field determines the order of the hierarchy. You cannot rearrange the order in this field. Overriding the default hierarchy is optional. If you did not select a product restriction type, you do not have to include it in the override hierarchy.
Enable Product Shipping Restrictions
- Hold Code
-
Specify a value in this field to be applied to the sales order when an active shipping restriction is found. If active product shipping restrictions or special handling codes are found during Sales Order Entry, and if overrides are allowed for the record, the operator may override the restriction or special handling code in Advanced Line Entry to avoid the hold.
Note: If you are using Operational Hold Codes, you must first create a new hold code for shipping restrictions in SA Table Code Value Setup-Operational Hold Code and specify that code in this field. Additionally, for an operator to release an order on shipping restriction hold, the operator must have security access to the Operational Hold Code enabled in SA Operator Setup-Other Options. - Product
