TWL Outbound - Dropped Order Status overview

Use TWL Outbound-Dropped Order Status to find information about customer orders, carriers and expected ship dates of orders, and orders with a priority status.
You can review the status of three types of orders using the Search pane.
In the Warehouse view, you must select a TWL warehouse. Using the View option, you can filter by selecting one of these options:

Open: This search filters open orders.

UnDropped: This search is automatically filtered for any unassigned order.

UnDropped and Open: This search is automatically filtered for open and unassigned orders.
