TWL Outbound - Order Carton Info overview

Use Order Carton Info to view products that were packed in cartons in TWL. This function does not include products that were returned to stock.You can also this function to select open cartons for shipping using your own internal carrier or truck. The Ship TWL Internal Carrier Containers option is available when you specify an internal carrier in the Carrier field, and select a Status of Open in the Search panel. This allows for cartons or ship-going pallets to be processed for an internal carrier where freight entry is not required.
Note: A shipping dock must be loaded or have a default carrier for the
selected cartons to ship. A TWL manifest for the dock and carrier is automatically created
if a dock is not pre-loaded through TWL RF. If a carton sortation pallet or truck picking
pallet is assigned to a selected carton, the entire pallet is shipped, including all cartons
on the pallet. If errors are encountered for a specific carton, processing is stopped and an
error is displayed.
