TI Administration Audit Report overview
Function acronym: TIATA
After you have set up the BODs that are exchanged with Infor ION, use this function to populate the master and transaction data.
Use the TI Administration Audit Report to identify the differences between sales orders in Distribution SX.e and what a third-party tax interface calculates for taxes owed. Detail includes the taxable amount, nontaxable amount, and all jurisdictions. The purpose of this report is to rebuild the data needed for reporting. The report is available for these tax interfaces: Sovos GTD - SUT, Sovos GTD, and AvaTax, and Vertex Cloud.
Access the report from Tax Interface module. To access TIA Reports from the menu, the function security for tia-reports on your SA Operator Setup record must be 3 or higher.
Any sales orders that have been archived do not show on this report. If there is a change in the tax rate between the time the order is shipped and when the order is invoiced, processing is stopped in Sales Entry Invoice Processing Report. An exception message is displayed notifying you that you should reconcile the difference. Otherwise, your company is responsible for the tax amount that prints on the audit file.
