SM Non-Stock Sales Report overview

Sales Manager > Report > SM Reports > SMRON

Function acronym: SMRON

Use this report to analyze nonstock products and nonstock build-on-demand kit components.

This report provides an analysis of nonstock totals derived from Sales transactions and Transfer transactions, with options to reflect returns and corrections. You can choose to limit the nonstocks that print to those that exceed a certain usage rate or number of sales hits. These can be reviewed to determine if they should be considered for movement to regular stock.

If rebates are applicable to a nonstock product, the cost and margin that print on the report include the rebate amount and an ‘r’ prints next to the cost. This report includes only nonstock products and nonstock build-on-demand kit components that have been invoiced. Totals print for the hit count per nonstock item.

Access to product costs is determined by settings on your SA Operator Setup-Controls record. If you do not have security to view costs, you cannot print costs or margins.

For each product selected, the two line product description from Product Setup and the product number print on the report.
