The report gathers, sorts, and analyzes sales information using the class breakdowns from SA Administrator Options-Sales History-Customer and totals found in the character version SM Setup Customer Totals files.
This report provides another view of your customers by ranking them by margin and profit instead of sales. A customer who ranks high on a sales report may fall few classes when ranked by margin or profit.
