Use this page to view standard repair time codes that are based on SRT Product Codes from Service Management.

Standard repair time codes are SRT Product Codes that are specified on Standard Repair Times records in Service Management. When a Standard Repair Times record is saved in Service Management, an sxapisagetgenericdatalistv4 API call is generated to determine if the code already exists in Distribution SX.e. If the code does not exist, an sxapisatablecodemnt API call is generated to create the code in SA Table Code Value Setup.

The standard repair time codes in SA Table Code Value Setup do not include a description. The description from Standard Repair Times record is not provided to Distribution SX.e because it describes more than the SRT Product Code.

You can specify standard repair times on the Product Setup record for the equipment that is serviced through warranty claims in Service Management. When you create or maintain a Product Setup record, a Sync.ItemMaster BOD is generated to create or maintain an Item record in Service Management. When Service Management consumes the BOD, the SRT product code in the BOD is validated against the Standard Repair Times record.

Service Management is the system of record for SRT Product Codes. Do not add SRT Product Codes directly in SA Table Code Value Setup. An error can occur if an SRT Product Code does not exist in Service Management when the ItemMaster BOD is consumed.

Delete a standard repair time code in SA Table Code Value Setup only if the SRT Product Code is completely deleted from Service Management.
