SA Table Code Value Setup - CAM Contact Type overview
Use this page to set up and maintain user-defined contact type codes that indicate the job title of a contact.
Specify a code in the Type field and then specify a description. For example, specify help as the type and Help Desk Support for the description. The Type field is limited to eight characters.
You can use contact type codes to search for a specific type of contact. You can then export this list to a data file and into an Excel spreadsheet to perform tasks such as Mail Merge.
