SA Customer Mailing Labels Report overview

Use this report to print mailing labels for customers, ship tos, and contacts.

Multiple addresses for a customer, ship to, or contact can exist within the system. This hierarchy is used to determine which address is printed on the label:

  1. Primary address on the contact record
  2. Any address on the contact record
  3. Address from an associated record, such as Customer Setup or Customer Ship To Setup

You can print several labels across one page. You can also customize the length of each label and the spacing between each column and row of labels.

The ranges that you select can dictate the order the labels should print. You can print the labels in customer number, customer name, or postal code order.
