SA Data Archive Sales Manager Report overview
Function acronym: SADMS
Use this report to archive all Sales Manager records that meet the date criteria that is specified on the report.
The archive process archives data from Sales Rep Setup-Commissions and these functions from the character version of Distribution SX.e:
- SM Setup Warehouse/Product Totals
- SM Setup Salesrep Totals
- SM Setup Product Category Totals
- SM Setup Extended Product Category by Customer Totals
- SM Setup Extended Warehouse/Product by Customer Totals
This table shows the criteria that determines if a record is archived:

Regardless of the archive date that you specify on the report, the current year’s data is retained. Data is also retained, based on the Number of Years Records to Keep option. Sales Manager records are removed based on the year the transaction was created, not the day or month.
For example, suppose you have five years of records. You run SA Data Archive Sales Manager Report in December 2020 and you elect to keep two years of data. The data for 2020, 2019, and 2018 is retained. Data for 2017 and 2016 is purged.
