Authorization Point Security overview

You may filter the grid to select all operators with a specific user profile and change their authorization from the Actions menu.

You can also use this page to view which operators have authorization for an authorization point. For example, you might want to find out who has Grant Authority for changing the surcharge in Sales Shipping Feedback Entry. To do this, select Grant Authority in the Operator Search Criteria field, and then click Search. The operators that are displayed can grant authority to other operators who are unauthorized to perform this task.

To access this page, select an authorization point in SA Administration Authorization Security Setup, and then click Point Security (If Blank Operator).
