Use this page to view detailed information about purchase orders that are processed in a TWL warehouse. If you know the PO number, specify it in the Search function. If you do not know the order number, use Advanced Search, specify a TWL warehouse, and select the purchase order from the grid.

This page is not available unless the order is in a TWL warehouse and has been printed. An operator must also be assigned the appropriate level of function security for this function to access this page.

Note: If the order is not found in TWL because the order has not been printed, this message is displayed: This Order Is Not In The WL System (7121).

Warehouse Logistics

This section shows the order Status, Carrier, Line Count, Receive Date, and Class.

Cartons

This section is displayed if the PO is return merchandise (RM) and a carton was used to ship an item. Use this section to view TWL carton information for all lines.

SX.e

This section shows the order Enter Date and Receive Date. A grid shows information about each line.

Errors

Purchase Order Inquiry validates transactions before data is displayed. This table shows error messages that may show as a result of the validation:


Error	Description
This Order Is Not In The WL System (7121)	Distribution SX.e has ownership of the purchase order because the order has either not been printed or the order has been received. Use the other inquiry views to see data.
Order Does Not Qualify For Whse Logistics Processing (7126)	Purchase Order (PO) and Return Merchandise (RM) types can be processed in TWL. Use the other inquiry views to see data for Quote (QU) and Accumulative (AC) order types, which are not processed by TWL.
PO # Not In Purchase Orders - POEH (4606)	The purchase order number is not valid and does not exist.
WL Interface Failed; Whse is Not Setup as Whse Logistics in ICSD (6487)	The warehouse is set to Receive Only in Product Warehouse Description Setup and the inquiry attempting to run the TWL connection is not for a receipt. For example, if the PO is an RM order, the error is displayed. If the PO is not an RM order, the error is not displayed because the PO is a receipt in TWL.
