PD Administrator Remove Expired Rebates Report overview
Function acronym: PDAR
Use this report to inactivate and delete expired rebate records in PD Pricing Setup. Deletion is optional.
A rebate record is expired if the ending date for the record is less than or equal to the Process Up To Ending Date value on the report. If you do not delete expired records, the rebate record becomes inactive and remains in the system.
Only inactive records can be deleted. A record can be inactive for one of these reasons:
- The ending date was reached.
- The record was manually inactivated.
