Sales Order Fulfillment Setup - Customer/Ship To List overview

If a customer or ship to is allowed to use order fulfillment, use this page to create and maintain Customer/Ship To List records. These records override the company rules that are established in the Fulfillment Rules page.

You cannot create customer and ship to records if a company rule is not established. Only the rules that are included in the company hierarchy are available for customers and ship tos hierarchies.

If you remove a rule from the company hierarchy, that rule is cleared from customer and ship to records. If the rule that you removed is the only rule for a customer or ship to, the customer or ship to record is removed.

If you add a company-level rule to the hierarchy, you can automatically add the new rule to existing customer and ship to records. The new rule is added at the bottom of the hierarchy on each customer and ship to record. If you do not automatically add the new rule to the existing records, you can manually add the new rule to records as required.

To maintain the rules on existing records, select one or more records in the grid, and then click Rules.

If customer or ship to records are inactivated by the SA Administrator Inactive Customer Removal Report, the related Customer/Ship To List records are deleted.
