Sales TWL Undo OE Order Picking Stage Inquiry overview

Use this page to revert the order stage from Stage 2 (Picked) to Stage 1 (Ordered) for multiple sales orders that are dropped to TWL in Distribution SX.e .
Occasionally, a product that is included in multiple orders must be removed or a new order is prioritized over an old order, but the orders are already in a Picked stage and are dropped to TWL. To modify a Sales Order Entry order that has been moved to TWL, the order must be in an undropped TWL order stage. Use the Sales TWL Undo OE Order Picking Stage Inquiry to retrieve a list of Sales Order Entry orders for a TWL warehouse that are currently in a Picked stage, and revert them to Ordered.
To revert the order stage, select one or more orders in the grid and click . The Update Status column in the grid displays either Success or displays an error, if encountered, during the update for each record selected in the inquiry. The order is removed from the inquiry after it is successfully reverted.
This inquiry only applies to standard stock orders and blanket orders for products in a TWL warehouse.
