Sales Order Inquiry - Line History overview
Use this tab to view line history information such as the back orders creation, shipped quantity, ordered quantity, and other historical data for the line item.
Use the line history to research the sequence of events that transpired for the lines and suffixes on the order. This information is beneficial for orders that contain back ordered items or blanket releases. At a quick glance you can inform the customer of the status of the product and whether it has been shipped or invoiced.
