KP Bill Of Materials Report overview
Function acronym: KPRB
Use this report to view static information for the selected kits.
Print this report before you start processing files to verify that the static information is correct. This report is similar to KP Work Order Inquiry in printed format and contains information from these functions:
- KP Component Setup
- KP Group Setup
- KP Option Setup
This information is include for each component:
- Type of component
- Unit
- Required status
- Variable quantity
- Substitute
- Price
- Print information
- Keyword entries, if applicable
This report prints all components and reference information in sequence number order for each kit. If a kit contains groups or options, a notation is included to the left of the sequence number. All components within the group or option are listed in sequence number order within the group or option, based on KP Group Setup or KP Option Setup records. After the group and option components, the sequence number for the kit components resumes until the next group or option component occurs.

Sequence 1, 2, and 6 are regular components. Sequence 3 is a group component, Sequence 4 is an optional component. Sequence 5 is a reference component.
