Product Extended Product Cross Reference Setup - Vendor overview

Use this function to create and maintain records that cross reference warehouse products with alternate vendors.
The alternate vendor numbers are used in multiple ways. They are provided on the Purchase Entry Recommended Replenishment Action Report if you select the Print Alternate Vendors option. You can order specific products from an alternate vendor instead of the ARP vendor.
You can also set up alternate vendor products that are available to sell in specific warehouses only.
If you select Limit Alternate Vendors in SA Administrator Options-Product-Alternates/UPC, you can associate alternate vendor products in Product Extended Product Cross Reference Setup with specific warehouse products in Product Warehouse Product Setup.
