Product Entry Storeroom Count Report overview

Use this report to produce count sheets for Storeroom-managed products in bin location order. It can be run from Storeroom using an API call or Distribution SX.e.

This function works similarly to Product Entry Physical Count Report and Product Entry Cycle Count Report.

When you first implement Storeroom in your customer’s location, use this report to produce count sheets for all products that are Storeroom-managed.

You can establish intervals or numbers of days between counts in Product Warehouse Description Setup for these type of products in a Storeroom warehouse:

Critical
Licensee
Customer Owned
Shelf Life
Lot

The interval represents the number of days it should take to count all of that product type in the Storeroom-managed warehouse.

Note: The count information is exported to Storeroom in the InventoryCount BOD and stored in the Storeroom SQL database. You must set up the InventoryCount BOD in SA Administrator ESB ION Setup before you run the Product Entry Storeroom Count Report.

When the Product Entry Storeroom Count Report is run, a summary report is printed that includes the warehouse, run number, and number of products of each type included on the count. Counts sheets are printed on the printer selected in the Count Sheet Printer option.
