Product Entry Missing Product Report overview

Use this report to identify products that were excluded from the initial Product Entry Physical Count Report, but have since had quantity received and are now eligible to be counted.
Check products on this report to verify this information:
- A sequence number was created and assigned.
- The product was counted and entered into the system.
This report includes a range for run numbers and an option for the warehouse because each warehouse can be included on multiple run numbers. Together, the run number range and warehouse option allow you to process non-consecutive run numbers for a specified warehouse and omit some run numbers, as needed. Product Warehouse Product Setup records are searched for the specified warehouse(s). Then, for each record with a quantity on hand greater than zero, the physical inventory records for the specified warehouse and run numbers are checked. Products with Product Warehouse Product Setup records that have quantity on hand, but no physical inventory run record are included on the report.
This report provides a list of each product warehouse record with a quantity on hand greater than zero that is not included in the Physical Inventory records for the warehouse and range of run numbers entered by the user. In addition to the warehouse and run number in the report header, this report includes this information: product number, description, bin location, and quantity on hand.
Access to this function should be limited to system administrators only. Report option defaults should only be changed after careful review.
