Use the Mass Update function to change settings for a group of products.

Using Mass Update can save you the time of accessing each product in Product Warehouse Product Setup to make changes one record at a time. Create a manual product list that contains parameters to populate the window with the group of products you want to change. After the list is built, select the products in the grid and click Mass Update.

Warning messages are displayed in the Message column of the Product Administration Exception Center grid. Additionally, a pop up message appears when there is one or more errors or warnings: Update Exceptions/Warnings Occurred. See Highlighted Products.

To expedite processing, data is sent in block of 500 records only. If there are update errors, only the records with errors are displayed. After you review the errors, click Search to return the full list of all updated records.

You can also import a product list from your own Excel spreadsheet. Choose Import From Excel from the Action menu.
